For the longest time I have been wishing that someone would make it possible to have animated png files in order to get rid of gif and its horrible quality. And finally someone made it. It turns out some guys from one of the greatest companies ever, Mozilla, made it. It was released with firefox 3 beta and later Firefox 3.0.0 but didnt recieve very big coverage. Until now. It is possible to make these animated png images (or known as apng’s) with the new firefox addon APNG Edit! It has a great interface and a great rendering time (almost zero). So if you would like to have entire movie clips as images and not lose a single pixel while doing so, get this addon.

Also, I managed to make a invisghost picture to show the differences between gif and png.
